ISTA Financial Services Program offers two types of flexible accounts.

1. The first permits employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for health care insurance premiums.
2. The second allows the use of pre-tax dollars to pay out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses.

Both accounts substantially reduce the actual cost of the benefit to the individual employee. Additionally, these types of plans may actually increase the employee's take home pay, may reduce the individual tax burden, and increase the value of an employee's benefits package, since the individual employee can select the benefits that best suit his or her needs.

The two types of Section 125 accounts we offer can fund a variety of benefits that may include:

• Group Medical Insurance
• Dental and/or Vision Insurance
• Group Term Life Insurance
• Accidental Death Coverage
• Disability Insurance
• Cancer Insurance
• Medical Expense Reimbursement

Other benefits may be covered depending upon your benefit contract.
